Menopause is a natural hormone transition when a women’s oestrogen levels decline and we stop having periods.
It happens to us all and has a wide range of symptoms that can be treated or managed if understood.
Menopausal symptoms are typically experienced for several years so it’s best described as a ‘transition’ rather than a one-off event.
Managing the effects of the menopause at work is important for both employers and employees.
For those experiencing symptoms it can be a difficult and stressful time without the right support.
Everyone will experience the menopause differently and for some, symptoms can be quite severe and can affect people both physically and mentally.
It is important to for companies to be aware of the menopause and how it can affect employees.
With the right framework put in place it’s all about staff support, retention and keeping your talent.
If managed well by an expert it can help you sidestep potential legal disputes and even attract more skilled employees to your company
We can work together to identify wellness goals and achieving an overall sense of wellbeing.
Being supported and coached by and expert will motivate you to stay on track and to reach those goals.
It will improve your physical health and mindset which in turn reduces negative experiences.

“I contacted Sarah after coming across her inspiring posts on LinkedIn and asked her to give a presentation to our UK team on Menopause in the Workplace.
Sarah gave an excellent webinar entitled “Let’s Talk Menopause – Breaking the Stigma” which was very well received by all attendees. It gave a fantastic insight into the all the different stages of menopause and how to deal with symptoms in general as well as in the workplace.
She also touched on “Andropause”, which is considered to be the male version of the menopause which was very enlightening.
Sarah was perfect for giving this talk as she was able to share her own story about what she has been through during her menopause journey and having to deal herself with the many debilitating symptoms that comes with it.
Sarah is very personable as well as professional and her communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend her to any company wishing to support their employees in their Menopause wellbeing.”
